This year is off to a powerful start, with celebrity deaths, near death experience by an NFL player, full on death by a former NFL player (who was WAY too young to have a heart attack IMO) and the gripping drama behind the funeral of former Pope Benedict. What did you hear? Well I heard that our sitting POTUS was asked not to attend the funeral by Pope Benedict before his demise. Yeah, really. Now, of course SNOPES was all over that immediately and made a big ole stink about it and then elevated Biden's "condolence card" to a level of near martyrdom before all was said and done. I hate politics, did I mention?

2023 is off to a fantastic start.

In other news, in my personal life, things are quiet and peaceful. Jerry and I are doing a thing and we are trying something that is rare but seems effective so far, and if it works out I'll let you know. Bailey and Michael are happily married; weird, but they're like an old married couple. They're not caught up in newlywed bliss by any account, but more like they've been together forever. Wait, they have been.
